Aimia Inc. is a loyalty and travel consolidator focused on growing earnings through its existing investments and the targeted deployment of capital in loyalty solutions and other sub-sectors of the rapidly-expanding loyalty and travel markets.
We have important investments in travel loyalty. Our investments include the 6 million member Club Premier program in Mexico, which we jointly control with Aeroméxico through our 48.9% investment in PLM, and a 20% investment alongside AirAsia in travel technology company BIGLIFE, the operator of BIG Loyalty, which has 7 million members. We also hold a minority stake in NASDAQ-listed purchase intelligence company, Cardlytics, Inc.
In loyalty solutions, we are a well-recognized global loyalty solutions provider, focused on designing, deploying and managing next-generation loyalty solutions for many of the world’s leading brands in the retail, CPG, travel & hospitality, financial services and entertainment verticals, including through our Middle East coalition. Aimia’s solutions help clients attract, activate, engage and grow customers to become brand advocates. We also provide analytics platforms for retailers to understand their customer data and allows them to monetize their data through innovative partnership models.
At March 2019, Aimia employed 590 people, with its Loyalty Solutions business operating more than 100 programs with more than 140 million members in 32 markets globally.
